FAAD is a regional association that represented and served members within five states: Arizona (AZ), Southern California, Hawaii, Southern Nevada, and New Mexico with information of affliated national deaf organizations. FAAD members comprised of independent sport teams or member sport organizations.

This Regional Association shall be affiliated to respective National Sport Associations such as the following:

1. Basketball - National Deaf Basketball Organization (NDBO)
2. Basketball - United States of America Deaf Basketball (USADB)
3. Softball - National Softball Association of the Deaf (NSAD)
4. Other affliated national organizations
